MDIA1004 (Western Jamaica Campus) Elements of Style for Design and Presentation

This is a hands-on course that explores the various elements and principles of design and how they fit together to make good compositions. Students learn how to identify and use design elements and principles within a piece; be able to critique and analyze elements and principles within a piece; demonstrate the effective use of colour, typography, size, balance, contrast, etc.; and prepare and present oral presentations.
