This course provides students with the essential competencies necessary to perform the administrative functions at the level of the school. Among the areas that will be addressed include structure of the education system, motivation, communication, decision making among others. On completion of the course participants should be able to display the basic administrative skills which are relevant and necessary to function in a transformed education system
