Policy Analysis and Evaluation

This course exposes students to the logic of policy analysis and evaluation, and practical and theoretically defensible techniques for policy analysis. The course progresses through a description of the policy analytic and planning process, explanations of the techniques relevant to each step in the process, and engagement in practical exercises to build analytical skills. The course draws on insights from government publications in the Caribbean Region and case studies from multiple sources.
