Measurement and Assessment in Science

This course seeks to enable participants to develop an awareness of the relations between the aims of science education and the forms of assessment adopted and . It explores the use of a range of available traditional and alternative assessment strategies and addresses issues of the theories, policy and practice related to assessment for learning and the tensions surrounding these principles.
