This course aims at deepening student's understanding of the philosophical base of student services/affairs in Caribbean tertiary level institutions and the importance of the Division of Student Services/Affairs operating in a community of global institutions. The course deepens the concept of an academic delivery of Students Services/Affairs as participants are introduced to understanding and meeting developmental challenges of university and college students through - needs assessment; programme development; and programme implementation, in order to reduce negative impacts on academic learning.
