Update user timezone setting

OurVLE Users: Please be reminded that you need to verify your timezone setting in your profile as this may affect time based activities such as Assignments and Quizzes. To update this setting do the following:

Go to your profile by clicking on the Profile link under the Administration block in any course.
Click the Edit profile tab.
In the General settings fill in City, select your Country and choose your Timezone (if you are accessing the platform in Jamaica choose Server's local time, persons in other countries show choose the timezone for that country).
Click the Update profile button at the bottom of the page.

Live online support now available!

The MITS team is proud to announce the availability of Live online support!

This service gives you a direct channel to our Help Desk from anywhere in the world. Whether you have issues with your user account or getting enrolled into your course, our Help Desk as usual, is willing, able and available to help.

This is a reminder that there is a regularly scheduled maintenance window for OurVLE during the hours of 1pm to 5pm (Jamaica time) on Thursdays. During these times OurVLE may not be available and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
