This course provides final year Majors in Library and Information Studies with the ability to analyze research related to the development of libraries and information systems and services, and particularly the factors which need to be considered in the development of new information systems and services. The course aims to ensure that the conditions for effective incorporation of new information and communication technologies in libraries and other information systems are studied and analyzed.
