Educational and instructional leadership is the primary focus of school leadership in the 21st Century especially in a time of rapid change. Therefore this course is intended to introduce participants to the principles and practices of educational and instructional leadership. The students will acquire the skills necessary to manage schools, which are getting more diverse, complex and ever-changing in the demands they face in terms of learning and skills development in respect to virtual delivery. Educational and instructional leadership will ensure improvement in the performance of the education system because school leaders will have greater leverage in how schools are managed and their ability to coordinate activities both synchronously, asynchronously, internally and externally, to improve student outcomes.
