Welcome to this module on Health Services Management!
In putting together this module we have two broad aims
- To expose you to some of the theoretical material underlying leadership and management. This is a sensitization which we hope will lead you to read more widely on the topic.
- To facilitate your thinking about your self as a leader, identifying your strengths and those areas in which you want to improve.
We hope that you will enjoy the module; we know that you will use some of the concepts in your professional and perhaps your personal lives.
