This course is designed to introduce students in all disciplines to theoretical approaches for investigating, understanding and explaining communicative events (such as advertisements, speeches, statues, posters and websites) and the reasons for specific responses to these events.
Learning to process communicative events and responses to them will help students graduate as able communicators.
