This course will expose learners to the intricacies involved in managing the each major subsector of the global, regional and local tourism industry. As such, the course focuses on the major functions, processes and procedures that are practiced and performed by the various areas associated with tourism as a whole, as well as the management structure and functions of the tourism system. Specific emphasis is placed on contemporary Caribbean tourism management.
