This is the second part of two courses in the management of libraries and information services designed to prepare students for employment in academic, government and private sector libraries.
This course prepares students to be effective leaders and motivators in a changing environment. It also provides students with the abilities to carry out everyday tasks with a view to effectively and efficiently achieving the objectives of the library or information unit.
