This course introduces students to various business situations and provides opportunities to develop communication skills for a variety of work situations /business purposes. This is a participatory course, designed to simulate actual business communication scenarios using a critical thinking approach, and targets two key aspects of managerial communication:

Strategic:All communication processes in today's successful businesses are fully integrated. In understanding that what is communicated to one audience affects the business as whole, students will grasp the "big picture.”

Organizational:
Individual pieces of an organization will be discussed with the focus on how the communication process (i.e. writing, speaking, listening, etc.) affect businesses and business objectives.Case studies and role-playing exercises will enhance the learning process as they will place students in scenarios they are likely to encounter in the real world.
