This course is designed for students who wish to continue developing and improving their level of competence in the study of a foreign language so that they may become independent users of Spanish through the practice of the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing.The cultural component is an important part of the course. Students are exposed to socio-cultural manifestations from the Latin America and Spanish world by use of authentic written and audiovisual materials. These materials will assist students in understanding other cultures and will help them to discover new meaning in their own cultures.
