This course integrates the study of management principles and practices with the study of human behavior within organizations. The focus will be upon translation of management and organizational behavior theory to practices that result in organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and human resource development. The course will enhance your understanding of the fundamentals of leading, managing, and collaborating with others in the workplace. It will increase one's awareness of the people-related challenges of organizational life, and to build proficiencies in dealing with them effectively.
