Organisations: Design, Intervention and Evaluation

This course provides an opportunity for participants to work in teams to address real life problems that exist in different types of organisations. Participants are expected to develop additional insights and competencies that are required to provide focussed interventions to add value to the organisation. This aspect of the course represents a culmination of the stream of courses you have completed in the MSc. HRD programme. This group project also serves as learning exercise that will equip students with the skill, knowledge and abilities to conduct their practicum on an independent basis.
