At the end of the course students will be able to use the basic knowledge of management theories, principles and processes and understanding of the organization within which they must work to: · Tackle problems they may encounter as library managers. · Perform effectively the library management functions of o planning, o organizing, o staffing (or recruiting), o budgeting and controlling o leading
