Contemporary Telecommunications Networks and Technologies

RPTL 6801 has been designed to establish the technical backdrop for telecommunications regulation and policy. The issues relating to the policy and management of telecommunications networks, globally recognized as key enablers of social and economic development, represent the focus of other courses in the TPM programme. RPTL 6801 establishes the technical reference point for many of the other courses. In this manner, the technical issues that underpin contemporary and emerging telecommunications policy and management are clarified.
