Teaching Geography in the Caribbean Classroom

The course exposes students to theories concerning the nature of Geography and the skills to effectively assess the value of geography in a globalized, technologically and interconnected world. It emphasises the state of geography in the secondary schools and in higher institutions of learning in the Caribbean region. The course utilises a constructivist approach and fosters the development of geographical knowledge, skills and values in the teaching and learning of Geography.
